Biscuit Pudding

We had a few guests coming over at our place this weekend....So I made this pudding which is very easy to make and can be made a day ahead.....

All you need is

Parleji biscuits-60

Mixed fruits-4 cups(chopped).I used banana, apple, strawberry, kiwi and orange

Whipped cream- 6 cups

Milk- 2 cups

Method of preparation

Dip half of the biscuits in milk and arrange in a dish to make two layers(dip one by one)

Spread half of the cut fruits on top

Spread 3\4 of the cream on top

Repeat the same process

Smoother the cream on top and garnish with sprinkled coffee and fruit slices

Make at least 4-5 hours ahead and serve chilled
