Cheesy bread rolls

To feed my fussy little eater is one big task of the day...Each and every day comes with a new challenge of feeding him the right things...He likes to eat bread rolls , so today I made some with Paneer, Cheese and veggies....

He happily ate 3 of those and I was more than happy to feed him his daily dose of veggies and protein....These rolls are very easy to make ...You can make your filling with any vegetable available at home like corn, peas, cabbage or even capsicum...

I used

Grated Paneer- 1cup
Grated boiled potato-1 cup
Grated carrot-1\2 cup
Grated cheddar cheese-3 tbsp
Green coriander-2tbsp
Salt
Garam masala-1\4 tsp
Chopped Green Chili-2(optional)
Bread slices-15
Oil to fry

Method of preparation

Mix all the ingredient except bread slices
Make 15 equal size balls from the mix
Roll each ball into a small cylinder
Trim the borders of the bread slices
Dip the slices in water and squeeze nicely to remove extra water
Keep one cylinder in the center of the slice and  fold the slice to cover the filling
Now keep squeezing and shaping the roll
Keep in mind to cover the filling nicely other wise it will come out while frying and oil will be filled inside the roll
If the roll is broken at some place , take a small piece from another slice and cover it
Deep fry the rolls till golden brown
Serve hot with ketchup

We enjoyed the rolls with a cup of hot tea....They were so crunchy and filling....These are also a good snack when you have unexpected guests...We usually have bread slices at home and filling can be anything available at home....Even leftover sabzi will be a good option for the filling....
