All you need is....
Paneer- 250 gm
Onion-2 medium (chopped)
Butter- 4 tbsp
Cream-50gm
Black cardamon-2-3
Cloves-3-4
Black pepper corn-3-4
Tomato puree- 3tbsp
Curd- 3tbsp
Kasuri Methi- 2tsp
Fresh coriander- 2 tsp
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Kitchen king- 2 tsp
Salt
Method of preparation
Take 3 tbsp butter in a pan
Make a bouquet gurney with black cardamom, cloves and peppercorn
Add it in the butter
Add onion and fry till golden brown
Add curd and cook for 4-5 minutes , stirring continuously
Add tomato puree and again cook for 2-3 minutes
Remove the bouquet gurney and blend the onions and tomatoes in a blender to make a smooth paste
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp butter
Add the onion and tomato paste, salt, kitchen king and red chili powder
Cook for 2 minutes
Add paneer and two cups of water
Cook for 5-6 minutes
Add cream and kasuri methi and cook for 2 minutes
Garnish with fresh coriander and cream
Serve hot with any kind of bread
