Creamy pasta with white sauce

Another wonderful day coming to an end….Although summers are over and fall is here, the weather in California is almost the same through out the year….To make the most of the wonderful Saturday, we headed towards Universal studios , once again….

We had a three day pass to universal studios and this was our second visit………The park was all geared up for the Halloween…There were zombie dummies all around and they were even hosting a horror night show…..We ,not being a very big fan of the horrifying stuff opted out of the show….

Bhavye was happy to revisit King Kong and Simpsons…..He had a blast at the Curious Goerge and came out of the water only after they announced that they were closing  the park….He was very disappointed last time as he could not go to the water park because we were not carrying a cloth change for him….So this time we made sure to do that….

Yesterday I made this Pasta for lunch and both Mohit and Bhavye liked it a lot………It’s very creamy and flavorful and the addition of a lot of veggies makes it a healthy option for a meal……

Universal Studio is one of those place I have ear marked, wanting to visit in the near future. Btw, the Universal Studio can a option for me to visit too which I have not done yet.

I like anything healthy with plenty of veg, just like the recipe you have shared.
