    About This Recipe

These rich and dark 3 ingredient brownies are made using ripe bananas, Nutella, and cocoa powder. Chocolate chips are optional but give a nice crunch to these. These are fudgy and soft in texture.

No flour, no refined sugar, no eggs, and no baking powder, these 3 ingredient brownies are a quick fix when you want to eat satisfy your sweet tooth. These are super easy and you just need 5 minutes of your kitchen time to prepare the batter.

There is no need to add additional sweeteners as the ripe bananas are quite sweet by themselves. If you still think that you need a sweetener, then add some granulated sugar while blending the batter.

    These 3 ingredient brownies are,

    • Gluten Free + Paleo
    • Flourless
    • Easy to make
    • Dense + Fudgy + Rich
    • Eggless
    • Perfect for a quick dessert

    Ingredients

    3 ingredient brownies ingredients.

These indulgent brownies just need 3 ingredients – Nutella, banana and cocoa powder.

Bananas – Choose the overripe bananas, as they are very sweet, and add the required sweetness to the brownies along with perfect gooey and fudgy texture. If you are worried about the taste of bananas in your brownies, do not worry you will taste banana in this recipe but in a good way

Nutella – Nutella is one of those spreads that has almost all the requirements checked to make the best brownies. It adds a chocolatey flavor, helps in binding the brownies, adds a fudgy and dense texture, and also adds sweetness.

Make sure you use a fresh jar of Nutella for the best texture. The old ones can get dry sometimes, and you will not achieve the same consistency in the batter. In case you want to finish up the old Nutella, then you can heat it in microwave a bit before adding to the batter.

Instead of Nutella, you can also use healthy alternatives such as almond butter, peanut butter, tahini, sunflower seed butter, etc.

Cocoa Powder – You can either go for the natural or Dutch-process. If you can get your hands on the Dutch process use it, as it adds a richer flavor and color
