Cilantro Lime Grilled Chicken is an easy and yummy weeknight dinner recipe where a delicious sauce is oozing out of the Grilled Chicken. Chicken is marinated with a set of full of flavor ingredients which makes it lip-smacking.
It is then grilled to perfection until the upper layers have a nice brown color and chicken is cooked properly.

Chicken – High in protein, Chicken is a great ingredient to include in your diet. I have used boneless chicken breast but you can use thighs too. You can also use Fish or Prawns and prepare this dish.
Cilantro Lime Marination – The tangy and sweet marination is made with lime juice, lime zest, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, honey, red chili flakes, cumin powder, soy sauce, salt, black pepper powder, and cilantro.
To make the best of this chicken recipe, make sure to use fresh cilantro and good quality of olive oil.
Step by Step Recipe
Pound the chicken breast to even thickness. If they are too large, you can cut them in half.

Mix all the remaining ingredients in a bowl.

Add chicken breast and coat them well with the marinade. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Preheat an oven to 400 Degrees F (200 Degrees C). Keep the chicken on a baking tray. Pour the remaining marinade on top.

Bake for 22-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove the tray from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5-6 minutes. Cut the grilled chicken into slices. Serve with salsa and steamed rice.
