It is Keto Friendly, Low Carb, and easy to cook.
This recipe can be cooked under high pressure in an instant pot or on low heat in a crockpot.
Boneless chicken breasts cooked with all things good like cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, homemade ranch mix, and bacon, what’s not to like about it.
This dish is called Crack Chicken because it is addictive and literally cracks you up when you eat it.
It can be had a sandwich filling or as a dip. Toss some cooked pasta in it and you have a delicious dinner ready in no time.
This rich, creamy dish is an instant hit among the keto lovers as it contains sour cream, cream cheese, and cheddar which is crucial in a Ketogenic diet.

Chicken – The key ingredient of this dish is Chicken, which is high in protein making it even better to include it your weekday meals.
This Chicken dish is prepared using Boneless Chicken Breast, which is easily available and easy to get too. But you can even use Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs for the same.
You can use Chicken tenders too, but at last, we will shred it so you are unnecessarily paying more for something which is not necessary.
Chicken Broth – Chicken Broth adds an amazing flavor, but if you do not have the same you can even use vegetable stock.
Cheese – This dish is creamy and cheesy and thus I have used the combination of cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
Spices – To flavor it up, we will use some more ingredients such as onion powder, garlic powder, onion flakes, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and dried parsley.
Toppings – Once this cheesy and creamy Chicken recipe is ready, top it with crispy bacon and scallion. It tastes delicious!
Step by Step Recipe
Put all the ingredients except bacon and scallion in the slow cooker.

Mix everything together.

Cover the lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours.


Once the chicken is cooked, take out the chicken breast on a plate.

Using two forks, shred the chicken.
