How to make Cucumber Curd Sandwich?
You can make this sandwich by only adding grated cucumber to curd along with teh spices. Grate the cucumber and add salt in it. Leave aside for 1o minutes. The cucumber will leave water. Squeeze the cucumber and add it in hung curd along with the other ingredients. Now make sandwich using this filling.

- 8-10 Bread Slices
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Carrot Grated
- 1 tbsp Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum Finely cubed
- 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Finely Chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 8-10 leaves Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
Keep a few leaves of lettuce on one bead slice.
Keep 2-3 tbsp of stuffing mixture over the lettuce and cover with another bread slice.
Brush the sandwiches with olive on both the sides and grill until crisp and golden brown.
