Vegetable Hung Curd Sandwich Recipe is one such recipe that I am relying on now from this fortnight.
To make Vegetable Curd Sandwich, all you need is fresh carrots, onions, bell peppers, hung curd, fresh bread slices and a motley of spices that’s about it. In order keep it healthy, brush up a little olive oil and grill it up – there you go, a perfect meal is ready.
A nice mix of hung curd, veggies packed between bread and nicely grilled certainly created an ambrosial quick bite that is very hard to resist and that you would know for yourself once you try it.

Vegetable Curd Sandwich

- 8-10 Bread Slices
- 1/2 cup Hung Curd
- 2 tbsp Carrot Grated
- 1 tbsp Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 tbsp Capsicum Finely cubed
- 1/2 tsp Green Chilli Finely Chopped
- 1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Finely Chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 8-10 leaves Lettuce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Mix hung curd, carrot, onion, bell pepper, green chilli, fresh coriander, salt, black pepper and red chilli flakes in a bowl.
Keep a few leaves of lettuce on one bead slice.
Keep 2-3 tbsp of stuffing mixture over the lettuce and cover with another bread slice.
Brush the sandwiches with olive on both the sides and grill until crisp and golden brown.
