It is a frothy coffee where instant coffee powder is beaten along with sugar and water until is creamy, velvety smooth, light and fluffy.
Make sure you take your time to beat the coffee mixture, more the time, the tastier your coffee will be.
It should take good 5 to 8 minutes to get that fluffy texture if you are using a wire whisk.
Or else, you can use a hand blender and get it done in under a minute.
Once you are done, fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the milk.
Add the whipped coffee on top and dust some coffee powder on the top to make it look even more appealing.

This recipe is made using just 3 ingredients – Instant Coffee, Sugar and Milk.
Coffee – It is very important to use Instant Coffee tp make this recipe. Use Nescafe or Bru.
Ground Coffee will not work in this recipe.
Milk – I have used regular milk to make this recipe, however, you can use any milk of your choice.
Almond, soy, cashew or oats milk will work perfectly fine in this drink.
You can even use chocolate flavoured milk in this recipe.
If you don’t like your coffee too milky, you can even add some water in the milk.
Sweetener – I have used organic sugar to whisk the coffee but you can use regular white granulated sugar as well.
You can whisk the coffee without sugar with just water but the peaks will not be that stiff and the coffee will become flat very soon.
Do not use sugar free ingredients like stevia to whip this coffee. It will not work.
