This recipe is made using just 3 ingredients – Instant Coffee, Sugar and Milk.
Coffee – It is very important to use Instant Coffee tp make this recipe. Use Nescafe or Bru. Ground Coffee will not work in this recipe.
Milk – I have used regular milk to make this recipe, however, you can use any milk of your choice. You can even use chocolate-flavored milk in this recipe.
If you don’t like your coffee too milky, you can even add some water in the milk.
Sweetener – I have used organic sugar to whisk the coffee but you can use regular white granulated sugar as well.
You can whisk the coffee without sugar with just water but the peaks will not be that stiff and the coffee will become flat very soon.
Do not use sugar free ingredients like stevia to whip this coffee. It will not work.

Add instant coffee powder and sugar in a cup.
Add 2 tbsp water.
Beat the coffee and sugar vigorously until it is light and fluffy.
Fill a glass with ice.
