Ingredients

Funfetti – Also known as sprinkles is one colorful ingredient that makes these cookies different and unique.
Make sure that you use good quality funfetti, so that they don’t bleed while you use them in the dough.
Sugar – We have added both granulated and powdered sugar, as the addition of powdered sugar makes the cookie soft and chewy.
Other Ingredients – Other ingredients are the basic ones that are required to make a cookie. They are – All-Purpose Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, Unsalted Butter, Egg and Vanilla Extract.
Step by Step Recipe
Pre heat the oven to 350 Degrees F (180 Degrees C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Whisk butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy( Approx for 2-3 minutes on medium speed).

Add egg, powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.

Add the flour, baking soda and funfetti and mix to form a dough.

Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough on the prepared baking sheet keeping a distance of 2 inches between each scoop.

Bake for 8-9 minutes until cookies are slightly browned from the sides. Remove the tray from the oven and transfer the cookies on a wire rack to cool completely. Make all the cookies in the same manner. Store in an airtight glass jar at room temperature for upto a week.
