Trust me, this recipe is surely a child’s play! Toss up fresh shrimps with Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil et al, line them on a baking tray in a single layer and roast them in a pre-heated oven. Drizzle lemon juice once they are done. Yes, that is all, folks.

How to make Creamy Garlic Parmesan Shrimp?
You can make a creamy version of Garlic Parmesan Shrimp To. To make it, heat olive oil in a pan. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook on both sides for 3-4 minutes and then transfer the shrimp on a plate.
Heat butter in the same pan. Add garlic and fry for a few seconds. Add white wine and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to low and add cream and let it come to a gentle simmer. Add parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and cook until cheese melts.
Add the shrimps and cook for another minute. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Add shrimps in a bowl.
Add olive oil, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese and toss well.
Line the shrimps on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 8-10 minutes.

Ingredients
- 500 g Shrimps Cleaned
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 tsp Garlic Minced
- 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
Pre heat the oven to 400 Degrees F (200 Degrees C).
Grease a baking sheet with oil.
Add shrimps in a bowl.
Add olive oil, garlic, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, black pepper and parmesan cheese and toss well.
Line the shrimps on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 8-10 minutes,
Sprinkle red chilli flakes and drizzle lemon juice on top and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot.
Recipe Notes
Pat dry the shrimp using a kitchen tissue before adding other ingredients to it.
