Grilled Vegetable Sandwich
Grilled Vegetable Sandwich is a healthy and easy to make option for breakfast. You can use vegetables of your choice to make this sandwich.
- 2 Mini Bread Loaf You can use any bread of your choice
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Green Zucchini Cut into slices
- 1/2 cup Yellow Zucchini Cut into slices
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper Cut into thick stripes
- 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper Cut into thick stripes
- 1/2 cup Onion Cut into thick slices
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Freshly Cracked Black pepper
- 1 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sandwich Spread
- 4-5 Lettuce Leaves
- 2 Cheese Slices
Heat a grill pan.
Arrange the vegetables in a single layer on the grill pan.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
Grill the vegetables from both the sides till slightly browned.
Remove from the pan in a bowl.
Add balsamic vinegar and mix nicely.
Adjust the salt and pepper.
Cut the bread loaf into half.
Slightly warm the loaf on the grill.
Spread the sandwich spread on both the pieces of the bread.
Keep a few lettuce leaves on top.
Keep a generous amount of grilled vegetable on one half of the loaf.
Top with cheese slice.
Cover the sandwich with the another half.
