To make these cold Ham and Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups, ingredients such as,
Tortillas – You can use homemade Tortillas or if you are short on time you can even use the store-bought Tortillas.
For the Stuffing – For a delicious ham and cheese mixture, you will need Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Hot Sauce, Salt, Dried Parsley, Ham, Sharp Cheddar, and Fresh Parsley.
All the ingredients are mixed together and then spread generously on tortillas. Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder add a beautiful flavor to these Pinwheels, while Cream Cheese adds a creamy texture to it.
You can even use Schezwan Sauce or Pizza Sauce instead of Hot Sauce and some more herbs for the along with parsley. You can even use Dijon Mustard, this also tastes great when used in the pinwheels.
Step by Step Recipe
Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, salt, dried parsley, and ham in a bowl.


Spread this mixture generously over the tortillas.

Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.

Roll the tortilla tightly and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

Cut into ½ inch wheels. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve chilled.
