    Ham and Cheese Pinwheels are easy to make appetizer. This cold party appetizer is made using tortilla wraps, cream cheese, and hot sauce. Here is how to make it.

    Ham and Cheese Pinwheels are delicious and quick appetizers that is made using Tortillas.

    I would definitely choose a delicious savory Pinwheel any day over a sandwich! On the top, these yummy pinwheels are made with Ham and Cheese, making it my favorite among all.

    There are days when I crave for something that is soft and spicy, and this cold Ham and Cheese Pinwheel is a must for those days. These are so good that it gets over within minutes.

    You can use homemade tortillas or if you are short on time, you can even use the store-bought ones.

    Once done, roll the tortillas and refrigerate them for about an hour or more. Cut them into rolls and they are ready to be served.

    Making these Pinwheels is so easy, that you can make it for any house party, game day, birthday or any special occasion. Tasty to eat and easy to make, this definitely serves the purpose.

    Ingredients

    Ham and Cheese Pinwheels Ingredients.

    To make these cold Ham and Cheese Tortilla Roll-Ups, ingredients such as,

    Tortillas – You can use homemade Tortillas or if you are short on time you can even use the store-bought Tortillas.

    For the Stuffing – For a delicious ham and cheese mixture, you will need Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Hot Sauce, Salt, Dried Parsley, Ham, Sharp Cheddar, and Fresh Parsley.

    All the ingredients are mixed together and then spread generously on tortillas. Hot Sauce, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder add a beautiful flavor to these Pinwheels, while Cream Cheese adds a creamy texture to it.

    You can even use Schezwan Sauce or Pizza Sauce instead of Hot Sauce and some more herbs for the along with parsley. You can even use Dijon Mustard, this also tastes great when used in the pinwheels.

    Step by Step Recipe

    Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, hot sauce, salt, dried parsley, and ham in a bowl.

    Spread this mixture generously over the tortillas.

    Sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top.

    Roll the tortilla tightly and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Can we use any other Cheese?

    For these Pinwheels, you can you Cheese varieties such as Cheddar, Sharp Cheddar, Gruyere, Swiss or Fontina, etc.

    How to make them crunchy?

    You can also make these Pinwheels using puff pastry or pizza dough, and then bake them until they become nice, buttery and flaky.

    Bake them at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until brown.

    Storing Suggestions

    You can store these soft Pinwheels in the refrigerator for about 3 days when stored in an airtight container. You can serve them cold or let them come to room temperature.

    If you are making it using Puff Pastry or Pizza Dough, then do not forget to reheat the same in the oven, so that the pastry can crisp up again. Place them on a baking sheet and reheat until warm at 375 degrees.

    Serving Suggestions

    These snacks go great with any dipping sauce like Yum Yum Sauce, Boom Boom Sauce, or Tomato Ketchup. You can also try any other sauce with these delicious and soft Pinwheels.

    Serve them on side along with your Continental Lunch or Diner.

    • 3 Tortilla
    • 200 g Cream Cheese
    • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
    • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
    • 2 tablespoon Hot Sauce
    • ½ teaspoon Salt
    • ½ teaspoon Dried Parsley
    • 1 cup ham (Chopped)
    • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar (Shredded)
    • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (Chopped)
