To make this mango coconut overnight oats, all the ingredients like Greek yoghurt, low fat milk, coconut milk, instant oats, chia seeds, vanilla extract, honey and peeled and cubed mangoes are mixed together in a bowl.
The bowl is then popped into the refrigerator and as the name suggests, the bowl or jars are left overnight so that all the ingredients get mixed and oats and chia seeds soak up all the milk and yoghurt. If you find that the overnight oats is too thick in the morning, you can add some more milk to the mix.
