Green Peanuts – Green Peanuts are different from raw peanuts, so make sure you opt for the correct ones. You will easily find them in your nearby local market.
Salt – Salt is added in the water to give these boiled peanuts a nice salty flavour.
Red Chilli Flakes – This is optional, but I like to add them as they add a slight hint of spicy flavour to the boiled peanuts.
Step By Step Recipe
Wash the peanuts well to remove any dirt. Add them in the instant pot.

Add salt, chilli flakes and water. Mix everything well.

Close the lid of the instant pot. Press PRESSURE COOK and set the timer to 30 minutes. Once the timer goes off, let the pressure release automatically for 10 minutes. Release the remaining pressure manually.

Open the lid and drain the water. Serve immediately.

Storage Suggestions
