Mango Lemon Soda is our most loved stress buster in Summer. Our clan sips it with joy after dinners and lunches. Often, during Summer parties, I serve Mango Lemon Soda and they so love it!

As mangoes are back, I really want to make the most of this fruit. It’s just a matter of few days and we’ll be waiting for these beauties for another year. I eat them as such as much as I can and try to incorporate them in my cooking and baking.

Available in a variety of qualities, mangoes are a large stone fruit that is seasonal. A rich tropical fruit with a unique fragrance and taste, it can be incorporated into a wide array of dishes.

Eating is raw mango is always the preferred choice. However to make the most of the fruit, mango can be added to gravies and other such. Mango Lemon Soda is a favorite drink in our family and mangoes gave it a nice twist.

I also try to make Mango Pickle quite often which lasts long, and use mangoes to make delicious Mango Mint Iced Tea! Coming back to Mango Lemon Soda, have a look at its recipe and make it today till you have few mangoes in stock for you and feel chilled!
