What is the best way to eat a Mango?
This is a question, once I asked my grandma. The easiest answer she gave was, there is no one best way, it is the way you like it.
I still love to squeeze it up to relish the pulp and juice together and sometimes cut it to be devoured. My son loves the shakes while salads are common on our dinner table in summers.
Try raw mangoes with a sprinkle of red chilli powder & salt and ripe mangoes cut into cubes or topped over scoops of ice cream or cream.
Since the fresh Mangoes season lasts only a few months, don’t forget to relish these sweet and savory mango recipes.
