According to the traditional Chinese calendar, this festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month coinciding with brightest of the moons. This month round, Vivanta By Taj, M G Road is bringing this festival near you with a carefully crafted menu by experienced Chef William Tong and his team. This festival runs from the 1st Sep to the 15th Sep and I got to taste the exquisite flavors in an authentic Chinese setting.
