To make these Easy Gooey Nutella Brownies in microwave, you can follow the same process expect pour the batter in buttered microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minute. Check if they are done. Otherwise microwave for another minute.
How to make Nutella Brownies in a mug?
To make these brownies in a mug, follow the same process. Butter oven safe mugs and pour the batter in them until they are 3/4th full. Bake for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

Nutella Brownie Recipe
Nutella Brownie Recipe, as the name reveals, combines the best of both the worlds - brownies infused with nutella, butter, cocoa and all things good
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C.
Line an 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and instant coffee powder in a bowl.
Heat butter in a pan over low heat until it melts.
Add sugar and mix well.
Cook until sugar dissolves.
Remove the pan from heat.
Add Nutella and mix well.
Let the mixture cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add the dry mixture and mix until combined.
Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool and serve.
