But, most of all owing to our huge love for Brownies, this time, I shared the idea of preparing Nutella Brownie Recipe which we had tasted at a cafe some time back!
Guess what, the sunny boy agreed and we wasted no time at all for making some warm, enriching Chocolate Brownies with Nutella.

Nutella – The star ingredient of this recipe and the ingredient that makes these Brownies different from the other Brownies, Nutella. I just love the chocolaty and gooey flavor it adds to the Brownies.
Instant Coffee Powder – I also add a little coffee powder, as it adds to the taste and makes it even more delicious. But this is completely optional, you can even skip it.
Other Ingredients – Other than Nutella, you will need basic Brownie ingredients that includes all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, butter, sugar and vanilla extract.
Step by Step Recipe
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line an 8×8 inch baking tray with parchment paper. Mix all purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and instant coffee powder in a bowl.
Heat butter in a pan over low heat until it melts.
Add sugar and mix well. Cook until sugar dissolves.
Remove the pan from heat. Add Nutella and mix well. Let the mixture cool slightly.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
Add the dry mixture and mix until combined.
Pour the batter in the prepared pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
