To cook these chicken skewers, you need to coat the chicken pieces with the marinade and leave a few minutes to marinate before grilling. The skewered chicken is grilled on a grill pan over high heat. You can also add pepper in the skewer if you wish to.

- 500 g Boneless Chicken Thigh
- 1/2 cup Peri Peri Sauce
- Oil for grilling
Cut chicken thigh into thin stripes.
Transfer the thigh stripes in a bowl along with the peri peri sauce and mix well to coat the chicken with the sauce.
Marinate the chicken overnight or at least 30 minutes.
Thread the chicken in bamboo skewers.
Grill until nicely browned from both the sides.
Spray with oil while grilling.
You can grill the chicken skewers in oven as well.
