We started the evening with a glass of white wine and some very lively music. The bar menu have quite a few drink options which you can choose from. They also had a choice of few other cocktails.
The appetizers came while we were enjoying our drinks. Chicken tikka was much to my liking. Spicy and perfectly done. The covering of the spring rolls were quite tough for my palate, though the filling was quite good. Paneer tikka and mutton shami kebabs were also good, although not much to rave about.
After enjoying our drinks and appetizers and having chit chat with other fellow bloggers, we were asked to have our dinner, which to my surprise was actually arranged in a restaurant on the first floor. I wished they had a setting some where near to the music as we were quite away from the live music station and could not enjoy it while having our dinner. The Buffet had options for both vegetarians and non vegetarians and the food was a typical buffet spread with breads being served live. I would have loved some more personal service at the dinner buffet.
There was a basic dessert selection with Gulab Jamun, a chocolate cake and couple of mousse, again fairly typical buffet selection.
Overall, I feel it is a place to enjoy some personal moments together with a song dedication, or have a corporate dinner, however the menu itself is not a big pull. Give it a try if you are in East Bangalore and not in a mood to travel too far.
