Running low on groceries? Make a wok-full of these super easy, spicy and stir-fry Asian Peanut Sesame Noodles then!

They are sizzling, piping hot, loaded with the zing of sauces, sesame, and peanuts and takes only 15 minutes to bring together. Here is how to make it.

Peanut Sesame Noodles served in a bowl.

My love for Asian cuisine is known to all!

Yes, I really enjoying going out and enjoy this cuisine once in a while, but I love to make it at home more often.

May be, because some of my favorite recipes are easy to make and I would really enjoy them eating at the comfort of my home with probably a glass of wine.

Aaah, best dinner date ever, with myself, of course!

There are days when I am alone at home, with kid to a friends place and husband out on a business tour, I just relax myself and make one of my favorite Noodle recipe, Peanut Sesame Noodles.

No extra fuss or no complicated ingredients, and gets ready in just 15 minutes.

What else you want, right? And then what, I play a movie on TV, snug inside my comforter with this bowl of deliciousness and chill!

They are also perfect to serve for your house parties or make them as a side dish with your Asian meals.

    About the recipe

Sesame Peanut Noodles has a signature taste of natural peanut butter and this peanut sauce is made by sautéing peanut butter in a tablespoon full of sesame oil.

Aah, this flavor is just amazing!

You also need to add chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, fresh ginger to make a decent, stir fry sesame oil peanut butter mix.

While I have used egg noodles to make this dish, you may also use rice noodles.

Take noodles in a large pot of boiling water and you can cook them in minutes.

Also, you can adjust the level of spiciness as well by adding chilli sauce as per your choice.

Most noteworthy, as we are discussing tricks and tips, let me tell you a secret as well!

So, the art of making amazing spicy Noodles Recipe lies in not letting the noodles meddle with sauces too much.

Hence, ensure that you simply toss them up just before serving. That way these noodles would taste the best.

Can you add more vegetables in this dish?

I have used only green onions as veggies for making this sizzling dish, please free to add more veggies like red bell pepper, mushroom, broccoli etc if you like more veggies with noodles.

    Serving Suggestions

This Noodles recipe is full of flavor and makes a meal on its own.

But you can also serve it along with some delicious Asian Curries or Stir Fries.

May be just serve the Noodles with your favorite soup and dim sums on the side.

    Variations

You can add veggies like mushroom, bok choy, bell peppers, broccoli etc in the noodles to make them more healthier and filling.

Make them with boiled and shredded chicken or shrimp.

For a vegetarian version, you can use tofu.

Use any variety of noodles to make this dish. You can even try to use gluten-free noodles.

    How to make it cold?

To make a cold version of these noodles, cook the noodles as per the direction on the package.

Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl. Chop the veggies you want to add in the noodles and finally mix everything together.

You can use veggies like carrots, red cabbage, beans sprouts, cucumber, green onion and cilantro which taste good raw.

For the sauce, mix peanut butter, lemon juice, soy sauce, red chilli paste and vinegar.

Add some honey and sesame oil to balance the flavors.

You can also add some garlic and onion powder, crushed pepper etc to the sauce.
