Strawberry Oats Coconut Lassi
Strawberry Oats Coconut Lassi brings together ingredients that are fresh, high in fiber and great on nutrients and is perfect for breakfast.
- 2 cups Chilled yogurt
- 1 cup Chilled coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 1 and 1/2 cups Strawberry Hulled and cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 cup Crushed ice
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend well to make smooth lassi.
Garnish with mint leaves, coconut shavings and strawberry slices.
