STEP 1

Break 6 large eggs into a mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Whisk them well using a wire whisk. Set them aside.

STEP 3

Heat oil. Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and let them crackle for 4-5 seconds.

STEP 4

Add onions and fry until they turn slightly brown in colour. Keep stirring frequently while frying.

STEP 5

Now add garlic and finely chopped green chilies and cook until the onions turn nicely browned.

STEP 6

Add turmeric powder and cook for 1-2 seconds.

STEP 7

Now reduce the heat to low and add the whisked eggs, milk, and salt to the pan.

STEP 8

Using a spatula, keep scrambling the eggs until they are slightly cooked.

STEP 9

Garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander) and serve hot with toasted pav or bread.
