Banana Cinnamon Smoothie

STEP 1

Add 2 large peeled, sliced, and frozen bananas, 2 Medjool dates (pitted), 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, ½ cup Greek yogurt, and 1 cup whole milk (full-fat milk) to the jar of a blender.

STEP 2

Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into 2 serving glasses and garnish with ground cinnamon. Serve immediately.
