Add cheddar cheese, Velveeta, and milk to a nonstick pan.
Cook on low heat until the cheeses are evenly melted, stirring frequently.
Add paprika, mustard, salt, and black pepper, and stir well.
Drain the pasta and stir it into the sauce. Serve.
