BROWN SUGAR OVERNIGHT OATS

STEP 1

In a large mixing bowl add 1 cup of old-fashioned oats, ½ cup plain yogurt, ½ cup milk, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar, 1 tablespoon maple syrup, and ½ tablespoon chia seeds, and stir together.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Give the oats a stir. Add some more milk if they are thick for your liking and stir well.

Transfer the oats into serving bowls and top with cinnamon, brown sugar, and chopped pecans. Enjoy!
