STEP 1

Add cloves, green cardamoms, cinnamon sticks, black peppercorns, Dried rose petals, fennel seeds, dry ginger powder, and nutmeg to a grinder.

STEP 2

Grind to make a coarse powder. Store the chai masala in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
