Pumpkin Hummus

“Ingredients  used,

Pumpkin, Chickpeas, Garlic, Tahini,  Extra Virgin Olive oil, Lemon Juice, Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Chilli Flakes, Water & Black Pepper

Add all the ingredients in a blender.


Blend to make a smooth hummus. Serve fresh!

Tahini Substitute : If you don’t have Tahini, use in roasted Sesame Seeds for the flavour. 4. Use Ice Cold Water for a creamier and dense texture. 5. Make this hummus a day prior to serving for best flavor.
