STEP 1

Add  milk, granulated sugar, mini dark chocolate chips,  chocolate syrup,  ice, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to a high-speed blender.

STEP 2

Blend until smooth. 

Step 3

 Top with whipped cream. Garnish with chocolate syrup and choco chips and serve immediately.
