Mix together chicken, sausages, and cajun spice in a mixing bowl. Keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add garlic and onions to the pan and sauté for a minute.
Add the chicken and sausages mixed with the cajun spice and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Now add shrimp, red bell peppers, green bell peppers, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
Add tomato puree and chicken broth to the pan and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring a few times in between.
Add the cooked pasta and mix everything well. Add some pasta water if the pasta looks dry. Check for salt and add more if required.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
