The festive special,

INGREDIENTS USED, 1. Whole Wheat Flour 2. Semolina 3. Powdered Sugar 4. Dried Ginger Powder 5. Ghee 6. Gond 7. Makhane 8. Almonds, Cashew Nuts & Pistachios 9. Dried Coconut 10. Musk Melon Seeds 11. Flaxseeds 12. Poppy Seeds  

STEP

Heat some ghee in a pan.

Add edible gum (gond) and roast until it puffs up.

STEP

Add makhana in the same pan and roast until crisp.

STEP

Add some more ghee and roast almonds, cashew nuts, pistachios, melon seeds, flax seeds and coconut.

Now roast poppy seeds until slightly browned.

Add cooled and roasted ingredients in the grinder.

Blend to make coarse powder.

Heat the remaining ghee in a pan.

Add flour and sooji to it.

STEP

Fry the flour until slightly browned.

STEP

Add the ground dry fruits, ginger powder and powdered sugar in the flour. Mix the ingredients well. Serve
