Preheat the oven to 400F (200 C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Stir together mayonnaise and dark soy sauce in a small bowl. It won’t be a smooth mixture. You just want them to slightly come together.
Pat 2 6-8 oz salmon dry with a paper towel.
Place salmon skin side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Use a spoon to apply the mayonnaise soy sauce mixture to the top of the salmon fillets. Make sure to cover the entire top of the salmon with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
Sprinkle a layer of furikake over the mayonnaise soy sauce mixture.
Keep the tray in the middle rack of the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through.
