SUMAC TEA

STEP 1 

Add ground sumac to a pitcher. Add water and stir well.

STEP 2 

Refrigerate for 12-16 hours.

STEP 3 

Pour the liquid into another pitcher through a nut milk bag, coffee filter, or a layered cheesecloth to remove solids.

STEP 4 

Add a few ice cubes to tall serving glasses and pour the tea over the ice.

STEP 5 

Add the sweetener of your choice and stir well.

STEP 6 

Garnish with a mint sprig and serve immediately.

GROUD SUMAC TEA is ready!
