Stir together 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon brown sugar, ½ teaspoon minced garlic, and ½ teaspoon grated ginger in a small mixing bowl

STEP 1

Allow it to sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
