Gobi  paratha

INGREDIENTS USED,

1. WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 2. OIL 3. SALT 4. CAULIFLOWER 5. BOILED POTATO 6. GREEN CHILLI 7. FRESH CORIANDER 8. GINGER 9. SALT 10. GARAM MASALA POWDER 11. GHEE

Mix flour, salt and oil in a bowl.

Add water and knead to make a soft dough.

Cover the dough and keep aside for 20 minutes.

HOW TO MAKE GOBI PARATHA?

Add all the ingredients in a bowl.

Mix nicely.

Divide the dough into 8 equal portions. Dust and roll the dough ball into a 5 inch disc.

HOW TO MAKE GOBI PARATHA?

Keep 2 tbsp of filling in the centre and bring the corners together.

Dust again with dry flour and gently roll to make a 6 inch disc.

Heat a griddle. When the griddle is hot, transfer the paratha on the griddle.

Cook till brown spots appear. Apply ghee or oil and cook the parathas.

Serve hot with white butter and achar.

You can serve it along with simple plain curd or with a raita of your choice. This stuffed paratha also tastes great along with green chutney or even Lahsun Ki Chutney or just serve it along with a pickle of your choice.
