KALAKAND WONTONS

Mix all-purpose and water in a bowl to make a thick slurry. Set aside.
STEP 1

Apply the flour slurry on the sides of the wonton wrappers.
STEP 2
Swipe Up
Take kalakand and make it into a round. Keep the round in the centre of the sheet.
STEP 3
Swipe Up
Bring the end together to make a triangle. Secure the ends well.
STEP 4
Swipe Up
Apply some more slurry on the opposite sides of the triangle and bring them to overlap each other.
STEP 5
Swipe Up
Shape all the wontons in the same manner.
STEP 6
Swipe Up
Fry the wontons until crispy and browned. Keep flipping them while frying.
STEP 7
Swipe Up
Drain on a plate lined with paper towels.
