LEMON GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE

STEP 1

Stir together chicken broth, whole milk, garlic, and onion into a small saucepan.

STEP 2

Cook on medium heat until the mixture is reduced to half. It should take 10-12 minutes.

STEP 3

Add butter to a medium-size saucepan. Add all-purpose flour and mix it well with the butter.

STEP 4

Cook until the mixture turns slightly brown (1-2 minutes).

STEP 5

Pour the chicken broth mixture and whisk continuously using a wire whisk.

STEP 6

Cook for a minute until the sauce slightly thickens.

STEP 7

Add the remaining butter and cook until the butter slightly melts and combines with the sauce.

STEP 8

Add lemon juice before the butter completely melts and cook the sauce for 1-2 minutes.

STEP 9

Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add parsley and mix well.

SAUCE IS READY!
