Lychee Juice

STEP 1 

Add 15-20 peeled and seeded lychees, 5-6 fresh mint leaves, 2 tablespoon sugar, and 2 cups of chilled water to a blender.

STEP 2 

Blend until smooth.

STEP 3 

Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer. Press the juice with the back of a ladle to get as much juice and then discard the leftover pulp.

STEP 4 

Serve over ice.
