MANGO ICED TEA

WHISKAFFAIR'S

STEP 1

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan over high heat.

STEP 2

Once the water comes to a boil, switch off the heat and stir in tea leaves (or 2 tea bags).

STEP 3

Cover the pan with a lid and let the tea steep for 1-2 minutes or until the desired level of strength.

STEP 4

Strain the brewed tea in a pitcher.

STEP 5

Stir in sugar (or any other sweetener of your choice) until dissolved. Stir in mango puree,  lime juice, and mint leaves. Refrigerate the tea for 1-2 hours.

STEP 7

Fill 4 tall serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the tea over the ice, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.

Mango Iced Tea is ready!
