STEP 1

Heat water in a pan over medium-high heat.

Once the water comes to a boil, add ginger and chai masala powder and boil for 2-3 minutes.

Add sugar and black tea leaves (or tea bags) and boil for a minute.

STEP 4

Now add whole (full-fat) milk and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Keep stirring once in a while.
