MASALA PAPAD

Heat oil. Once the oil is hot, hold papad with a tong and fry it from both sides until crispy.

STEP 1

Mix onions, tomatoes, green chilies, cilantro, salt, chaat masala powder,  Kashmiri red chili powder and lime juice in a medium mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Your masala for masala papad is ready.

STEP 3

Place the fried papad. Top it with the topping and serve immediately.
