STEP 1

Whisk chilled plain yogurt in a mixing bowl using a wire whisk.

Add grated radish, salt to taste, cumin powder, and green chilies to the bowl and mix well.

Garnish with chopped cilantro.

Heat oil. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, dry red chilies, and curry leaves, and let them crackle for 4-5 seconds.

STEP 5

Pour the tempering over the raita. Serve chilled.

Mooli Ka Raita is ready to serve!
