PASSION FRUIT TEA
Heat water in a saucepan over medium-high. Once the water comes to a boil, switch off the heat and add black tea leaves and mint leaves and let the tea steep for 2 minutes.
Strain the tea using a tea strainer in a pitcher.
Let the tea cool down for 10-15 minutes. You can refrigerate it to fasten the cooling process.
Add sugar, lime juice, and passion fruit pulp and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
Fill a glass with ice cubes until ¾th fill. Add a few mint leaves and 1-2 lime roundels to the glass.
Pour the tea over ice and serve immediately.
