Place pomegranate seeds in the jar of a powerful blender and blend for 30-40 seconds until mostly liquified.
Add 1 cup frozen pineapple, 1 large frozen banana, 5-6 frozen strawberries, 1 cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon maple syrup and ½ cup coconut water to the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie in serving glasses and serve immediately.
