Sandwich masala


step 1

Dry roast cumin seeds, whole black peppercorns, fennel seeds, and cinnamon stick over low heat until slightly fragrant (4-5 minutes).

Remove the pan from heat and let the spices cool completely.

step 3

Transfer them to a grinder or a small food processor along with salt, dry mango powder, and Kashmiri red chilli powder and grind to make a smooth powder.

step 4

Store in an airtight container. Use as required.

Sandwich Masala is ready for use!
