STRAWBERRY TEA

Add 4 cups of water to a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.

STEP 1

Once the water comes to a boil, switch off the heat and add green tea leaves to the pan.

STEP 2

Cover the pan with a lid and let the tea steep for 2 minutes.

STEP 3

While the tea is steeping, add ½ cup chopped strawberries to a blender and blend until smooth.

STEP 4

Strawberry puree is ready.

STEP 5

Strain the tea in a jug using a tea strainer.

STEP 6

Add the strawberry puree to the jug and stir well.

STEP 7

Pour the tea over ice and serve immediately.

STEP 8

Strawberry tea using pureed strawberries is ready!
