TURMERIC MILK

STEP 1

Heat 2 cups milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat and bring it to a boil.

Step 2

Add organic turmeric powder and ground black pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Strain the golden milk using a tea strainer.

Add 2 teaspoon honey and mix well.

Turmeric Milk is ready!

Variations

Vegan – You can make Turmeric Almond Milk, Turmeric Cashew Milk, or Turmeric Coconut Milk as a vegan version
