VEG HAKKA NOODLES

STEP 1

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Once the oil Is hot and shimmery, add garlic and ginger and saute for 4-5 seconds.

STEP 2

Add scallion whites and scallion greens and saute for 6-8 seconds.

STEP 3

Add cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers and saute for 1 minute.

STEP 4

Now add soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper powder, and mix well.

STEP 5

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss well.

STEP 6

Check for salt and pepper and add more if required. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped scallion greens & serve hot.
